How can I get rid of nausea?

Q: Every once and a while I get really nauseated and/or my stomach gets upset for about a week. I have a nervous stomach, and when I get like this, I tend to panic. So does anybody have any answers?

A: Eat crackers and drink gingerale. You can also try sucking on a lemon. It helped me when I was pregnant. You really have to figure out what's making you so nervous and try to calm down. Mentally talk to yourself and tell yourself that its not that serious. I use to be that way but when I just learned to relax my stomach felt better.
