Q: i am 12 and i smell a little bit down there. My mum went and bought me Breathable Liners but i dont want to use them. I am to scared to use them and i dont think i need them. Can't i just spray my WHOLE body with body spray? Please help i am really scared
A: Shower twice a day, and use feminine wash to clean your privates rather than using soap. You may try Lactacyd Confidence as it is made specially for girls in their pubertal/adolescent stage. Whenever you're out and need to pee, don't forget to tissue off. Using pantyliner may also help control odors. Don't worry, nothing bad's gonna happen to you down there if you use liners. My favorite liner is Carefree Breathable..the green ones as they are really good at controlling odors.
