Q: Okay so i went to bed at 1am my usual time for summer recently. But when i went to bed i just couldnt fall asleep. I mean i had thoughts running through my mind but is that why?. How can i fall asleep i really want too i have a full day ahead!. It is now 4am lol p.s. ill be in the shower while i wait for repies (hopefully to tireme out i guess). If not then im watching the olympics till i pass out.!

A: try laying in bed, dark room and clear your head of all thoughts, try to focus solely on your heartbeat and the feeling of the blood flowing through your body. I am a major insomniac and take meds for it and still stay awake. Either this "meditation" plus a shower usually works, if not, I hot some hot chocolate. Hope it helps!!
