Q: like at night i go to bed around 10:30 or 11, but i can't fall asleep until 2:30 or 3 o'clock. and i've tried reading to fall asleep, but it hasn't worked. its been like this for a couple weeks now, is there something wrong or is just stress? but i don't think its stress because i haven't really had much to do.. oh, i'm 15, and i don't like pills. i'm in the cross country team, and i'm always tired after practice, but i can't fall asleep. i hardly drink coffee though, :/

A: Make sure you wake up at the same time everyday. The later you wake up, the harder it will be for you to sleep at night. Could be lack of exercise. Go running around your block, get tired and see if you can sleep after that. Take a warm shower before you sleep. Stay away from caffeine. If none of those things work, then go see your doctor.
