Q: soo, basically before the summer holidays i would be reallly tired at like 9 o'clock so i'd go to bed, and wake up about 6.30 so it was really easy for me to get up for skl at 7 , and i could nevaa evaaa stay in bed past about 8 buh now it the summer ive been going to bed at about 3 in the morning(duno how im not tired :P) and im not waking up in the morning till like 10, andd still reallly tired. and dont wanaa get up. so just woundering anyone gt anyideas on how i can gt back into waking up at like 7 agen ??

A: This may sound like a bad idea but your body clock is just used to those times, try setting your alarm for 6:30 for a couple of days before skl and wake up at that time, but go back to sleep if you want. Once your body knows you are waking up at that time it will be alot easier.
