A: My family had a bad case of lice once. You have to watch the sheets on her bed (including her pillow case) every day to ensure she wont get re-infected. ANYTHING her hair touches needs to be thoroughly cleaned every single day. You also need to treat her with Rid lice shampoo and get a nit comb and go through her hair thoroughly every night. Part the hair and go through it very carefully to get as many nits as possible. The only way you're going to beat this is by being incredibly thorough. You MUST clean EVERYTHING her hair touches EVERYDAY. You MUST wash her hair with the shampoo EVERYDAY until its gone. You must go through her hair EVERY NIGHT with a nit comb even after the actual lice are gone. She may say it's dandruff because she's embarrassed but hair dressers know the difference between nits/lice and dandruff. It's not even close to the same thing as far as looks go.
