Do you think losing a little weight is a good idea for someone with my height and weight?

Q: well I have really long legs- so I don't look like I weigh 155- I weigh 155 Ibs and i'm 5 ft 6- I also am really busty- a 38 D so i am thinking of getting my weigh down to 135- this summer I gained a little over 25 Ibs- I think it will make my bust smaller and get rid of back fat- not to mention size 11/13 jeans is what I wear- and I want to be like a 7/9 again- I think I'm a little overweight- I'm 21 btw! maybe more fruits and veges- more treadmill walking- more jogging- and more water drinking will help- I don't eat read meat-

A: You could do with losing a LITTLE, but it depends on how big boned you are. Before my mom had kids, she was 140lbs at 5'5", and she was nice and slim looking (DEFINITELY not skinny, but not fat at all). She's big boned. But maybe 155 is pushing it a little...it depends on how happy you are with YOURSELF. If it'd make you more confident, go for it, lose weight. But lose weight in a healthy and effective way don't forget:) And it's good to be busty: 38D, wow! And that's even more impressive considering you weighed even less and were even smaller! You aren't too overweight. You gained 20lbs btw, not 25 if you were 135 and are now 155 lol:) Try to aim for 140? Then see if you're happy with it when you get there. If you want to lose more, lose another 5 pounds. xxxxx
