Q: Hi! n_n I've never rly smoked a joint before, but one of my friends gave me one. So I'm wondering exactly how to smoke it, lol. I have only smoked from a "bowl or w/e. I do know that you inhale it sort of like a cigarette, but I am not sure if there is a certin technique for gettin the most high off it, Directions needed pleaze and thank u! would be very much appreciated for an amateur. ^_^ omg eww. it causes wrinkles?? gross, im actually not goin to do it then, nvm. to the guy who smokes in moderation: is it rly that bad for u? Does it cause wrinkles?

A: there's not much to it- draw in the smoke like you would from a cigarette, or bowl. try to inhale with your stomach, instead of your chest if you know what i mean... you get deeper breaths that way. people will tell you to hold it in as long as possible, but it really doesn't matter. just take in the smoke and hold it in for a few seconds, any more is just unnecessary and uncomfortable. good luck, and enjoy. to answer your other question- no, it isn't and doesn't if you use it right. the girl who said that was referring to what i've heard cigarettes do, not marijuana. people who smoke a pack a day for years get wrinkles, but having a a joint or two a week isn't going to do anything like that. not to mention the fact that there have been no studies linking marijuana smoke to lung cancer. it's not healthy to smoke, of course; a vaporizer is ideal, but it's not going to be the end of the world. but remember, over-indulging in anything is bad... eating, sleeping, and drugs are no different. as long as you're safe and aware of how it's effecting you, and smoke it in moderation, i don't see anything bad coming from smoking marijuana. there IS such a thing as responsible use, which most people just don't understand.
