Q: i can feel my heart rate going up and I'm starting ot feel weird just sitting down and I'm not talking to anyone i like or anything like that i m a 12 year old female and hte area temp is good havn't been in the sun cause it's cloudy it might be back to scholl i dunno not period i just got of it like 4days ago
