Q: im momo and i have acne all over my face. i get stressed out at my BF for hanging with other girls, not me. can anyone tell me how to stop acne? can anyone tell me how i can't be stressed. my school starts next tuesday, i want my acne gone be4 then, i use proactiv but nothing happens! HELP!

A: Acne is just a fact of life. Use MILD facial cleansers, and reduce your intake of wheat gluten, fats, sugar, preserved foods. (Go organic and cut the fats). Increase your intake of WATER (dump all sodas, especially diet ones). Get at least 1 gallon of water every day. That will HELP - It won't halt the acne altogether. Make sure you get at least 30-60 minutes EVERY DAY of vigorous exercise and clean that face right afterward. This will help the stress AND the acne. Last, if the bf is hanging with other girls more than you, then he isn't really your bf - kick to curb and get higher standards for the next one! Good luck.
