Q: I have already tried holding my breath, drinking lots etc... Anything else? ( thats actually gonna work?0 haha and nothing to crazy please :P

A: I take a teaspoon of sugar and let it disolve on my tongue and swallow it. I don't know why, but has ALWAYS worked for me. put the sugar on your tongue and kind of rub it between your tongua nd the roof of your mouth til it disolves. good luck!
