Q: I always get these itchy bumps on my upper arm and sometimes my chest, face and back and my thighs. Anyone else get this or know what it could be caused by. No it happens times when I'm not hot lol. That made no sense oops. I mean it happens sometimes when I'm hot to so its not coldness lol.
