How to wake myself up in the morning?

Q: I am always very tired in the morning, I get about 7 hours of sleep a night. I need to wake up so I can focus on my schoolwork. What can I do to WAKE UP? Please help, and if you need any more information just ask and I will give it. C: Thanks!! I have an hour to get ready.

A: Go to bed earlier. Definatly. Also take a melatonin which will make u sleep really good and wake up great then put the alarm clock on the other side of the room and that way you have to get up and turn it off then jump a few times and splash water on your face you will be like a lot more awake trust me ! ( it always works for me ! ) P.S - GL :)
