Does anyone have random urges to shake their legs before bed?

Q: Odd this must sound...Haha...Anyway...Okay, so i'm 15 years old. For the past 2 years or so I have noticed these strange urges to have to shake my legs non stop for about 2-3 minutes? If I don't shake them, I go crazy? Stress maybe? Maybe a nerve stimulator? Growth spurts? I don't know, I have a few good guesses, but it would be nice to hear some other theories here... Anyone have similar urges/experiences?

A: Crawly and creepy sensations in the limbs, generally in the legs but sometimes in the arms and trunk can be defined as Restless Leg Syndrome. The following characteristics or features define this sensation. ** Experienced during periods of inactivity; ** Generally are more severe in the evening; ** There is an overwhelming urge to move the limb; ** Often cause difficulty staying or falling asleep, which lead to feelings of daytime tiredness or fatigue; ** May cause involuntarily jerking of the limbs during sleep and sometimes during wakefulness . I found this on a website for you, I've heard about this before and it's quite common, I get it sometimes and it's very frustrating, so give it a read, hope it helps :)
