Q: I dunno but i feel kinda sick not physically but like emotionally i dont know why i feel lonely and kinda feel sad what can i do??

A: Sounds like depression. Try to to change your usual routine a little bit to break any monotony that you may be experiencing. Maybe take a nice walk...get some fresh air and sunshine. It helps to be alone with your thoughts...sort things out, prioritize, make decisions...helps to get some things off of your "emotional plate" that maybe you're worried about. Write down what's on your mind. Often times once you write it down, you help yourself get issues off your mind that you'd otherwise be stressing over. Smile! It's proven that when you smile, you actually help your mood improve. Talk to someone you respect who'll listen. If the feelings continue for more than two weeks, or worsen, don't hesitate to contact your care giver for advice and treatment.
