Q: So i have been struggling with constipation for years. recently its been horrible. i only go like 1 time a week. when i try to go a very small amount comes out once i push so hard my eyes a blood shot and i feel like my anus will tear. what is wrong with me and how can i get what feels like a small child out of my rectum. I'm a 22 year old female please help.
