Q: I need to know what the Name of those bags or pouches that are filled with beeds? Their for when you hurt your body and need to Ice Then Heat. You Heat them up in the Microwave and they Stay hot. I can't Find one Because I can't think of the Damn name of them lol I know they're filled with beads, that's for sure
A: you can make one for like $1. seriously. get a sock, fill it with uncooked rice (not like instant rice, real regular rice). Tie or sew the end shut and there you go. don't microwave it for more than 2 minutes
