Q: I had a good 2 hour nap after work but feel as though that may have been too long. I work from 6am-2pm and get up at 5 every morning so my body needs sleep after work. I don't want too little, but at the same time I don't want too much. How long of a nap should I have to get recharged?

A: Most health experts recommend a 15 or 20 minute power nap. 2 Hours is more like an actual sleep.
