Q: Hi, i'll put it like this. This morning i got up right, and as usual i stretched. But when i did, my chest immediately hurt me. Like as in i stretch, it hurt. Not my heart though, the middle of my chest. What's wrong with me?

A: well, first of all u usually should jog first before you stretch- if the blood isn't flowing, you aren't stretching right, and u can't stretch as far, and it might mess up muscle tissue or ligament. As for the chest problem, do u mean the muscles in ur chest hurt? Cuz that means u probably just have to stretch that as well. some stretches that stretch ur chest are: put hands against the wall or end of your bed, and lean forward until you feel a stretch in ur chest. also, take one hand and put it against the wall and do the same. repeat with other. that makes for a better stretch. lastly, it could be a pulled muscle, so stretch easy, massage it, or use ice packs at night/ heat pads in morning, until it feels better.
