How to get a good night sleep?

Q: I mean lately i can't sleep... I keep waking up in the middle of the night several times... ...Any Advice or help?! ~~Thanx in Advance~~

A: It depends on why you're waking up. If it's because something is bothering you, find a way to get your mind off that subject. Don't eat or drink anything too close to bedtime. Water is OK, and a glass of milk can help too. Alcohol is *not* OK.
