Q: I am sixteen-years old, and I usually don't run into too many "aching" pains with my body. For about a month now, my back has been aching, but not to the point where I needed medical attention, or professional help. However, whenever I run, or do some-form of physical activity, my body is aching all-over, and it is hard for me to walk, or move for that matter. I used to be able to do all kinds of physical activity without having aches, but I do not know what has happened. I do not have the time to go to a chiropractor or anything, but do you recommend any form of vitamin, or massage (Chair, mat?) that I could buy to help rebuild my body's foundation. I appreciate the answers. - God is love -

A: it sounds like you probably arent sleeping comfortably at night. maybe flip your matress? i usually get the same type back ache whenever i didn't sleep comfortably the night before. also make sure your neck is comfortable too. good luck dude!!
