Q: what do I do? If I don't take it my head will start hurting A LOT and I won't be normal (i will be a B**** to everyone) do I just take it anyways? If I have taken it, and take another pill, will I get sick or something?
A: Don't take another one. It depends on the medication but you could feel some Major side effects if you re-dose without knowing it. This happens to me Alot because it just feels like routine. Get yourself a daily vitamin holder or keep track of how many is in the bottle to avoid this problem in the future. Its alot safer to just possibly miss a dose, and its most likely you took it.
