Q: So, I'm going to start running in the mornings, when should I start waking up? I have to be at the bus roughly at 7:35, I would also need to : Run and strectch (I'm assuming this would take around 45+ mins. I jog for 30 mins.) Take a shower. Eat breakfast, and go to the bust. Any ideas? No, I can figure it out, but I have a hard time like getting up in the morning and shit.

A: 7:35 - 5 min. for last minute things and walking to the bus 7:30 - 10 min. for eating 7:20 - 20 min. for showing/dressing 7:00 - 45 min. for running/stretching 6:15 wake up. This is all guessing times for eating, showering, going to the bus, and the actual time for running/stretching.. but if you wake up by 6 i think you'd be okay. You could also think about running at night.. more time to sleep! And you're SO LUCKY. My bus comes at 6:35 most days. I'm jealous!
