Q: i have been working out every day this last couple of weeks but last week i was tired the entire week and always wanted to sleep. i still kinda feel like that and now my throat hurts. its not like real bad or strep or anything but could i be sorta sick which is making me tired? is it okay if i keep working out anyway? i dont want to get off course and how can i get more energy. and i eat pretty well and enough and i already take a shower at night =/ and i eat pretty well and enough and i already take a shower at night =/

A: i know where your coming from it kind of sounds like your a little sick but i think for the time being your ok to still workout, i hate getting off my routine too. i would just see if it gets any worse. if it does you may wanna rest for a few days
