Q: what is better for health wise, bar soap or hand soap?and why
A: Hand soap is healthier. If you have lots of different people using bar soap, there's a good chance they might leave something on it. (soap doesn't clean itself) However, with hand soap, it's difficult to contaminate the entire bottle and the pump is small so whatever is left behind poses a smaller risk. Also, it's typically easier to wash thoroughly using liquid soap. Either way, these differences are so small, that it doesn't really matter which one you use, the result will be almost entirely the same.
