Q: I have been a casual smoker for about 2 years, smoking like a pack a week and I want to quit because it is a disgusting habit, I feel like sh*t when I smoke but I cant help it sometimes. I try to quit but all my friends smoke and when they all smoke I try not to have one but I usually end up especially when I drink. Most of the when Iam not with friends I can fight the cravings. What are some good ways to fight it, would like nicotine gum and patches work or something else or are those for like bad smokers who have smoked for years having like a pack a day?

A: yea you can go to the helpline center and get patches and nicotine gum... and ask your friends not to smoke when they are around you 'cause you're trying to quit.
