Please I need your help?

Q: So I'm muslim and I'm fasting as this is the first day or ramadan. But I woke up earlier to this major headache. It's mainly on my right side, from my ear to my eye to even my jaw and now the pain's spreading down to my shoulder and upper back. I can't handle this, I'm on the verge of tears. Actually I'm already crying. Please quick answers. I wouldn't be asking you to be fast if I weren't desperate. What's happening to me? =( I already broke my fast and had penadol, is that enough. I can't wait anymore. I'm 15 by the way. Thank you so much for your help. I will greatly appreciate your answers. I feel nauseous and dizzy and staring at this screen it making me want to cry even more. I know you might think it's just a normal headache and I'm taking it too far but I swear to you I'm not!

A: The symptoms you all describe is due to hunger from your fasting. If the panadol doesn't help; you should eat. Remember the following guidelines about fasting: Begin with short fasts and gradually move to larger periods of time if you desire. If you've never fasted before, you need to start slow. Don't start with a three day fast! Be prepared for some dizziness, headache, or nausea in the early going. Most of our bodies have never gone without food for longer than a few hours. Break a prolonged fast gradually with meals that are light and easy to digest. Trying to gorge yourself following a fast will only make you sick and will leave you with an unpleasant memory of fasting. Enter with a positive faith that God will reward those who fast with the right motives. - Jesus gave this promise: "When you fast, your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you" Sometime during your fast, mix your fast with prayer, time in Scripture reading, singing, or devotional reading. Remember: fasting is not an end in itself. Seek the Lord, not the experience of fasting. Keep checking your motives concerning your fasts. Hypocrisy and spiritual pride can easily creep in. There is a reward for fasting, but only fasting done with the right motives.
