Which of these do you think is worse for your health?

Q: Option 1: Going to school everyday, dancing for 2 hours on wednesday nights, doing half hour of sport on monday wednesday and friday and school, eating a whole lot of junk food. OR Option 2: Staying at home, sitting on the computer, lazing around the house, hardly eating anything except the occasion sandwich and milo drink.. PS. not that i do either, god no. just wondering :)

A: Option 2.. Your body is not getting any exercise nor nutrients to fight back...
