Q: i go to bed relatively early- 9 30 and i wake up at around 6 30 so i get plenty of sleep but im still tired when i wake up. how do i wake up feeling refreshed and not have to hit the snooze button 3x?

A: you might want to try altering your diet.. sometimes certain foods can make people sluggish.. imagine what you ate the night before and how hard your body worked all night to digest it. without you doing any excerise. if that doesnt work.. try the old cold bucket of water over the head method!
