Q: im 18 and im 150 LBS i m 5'4 but im trying to end up my height with 5'8 or 5'9 any advice please tell me im tired of being short =[

A: MILK is one way. if you don't like milk, try to drink it with some cookies, brownies, cereal, etc. try to keep your legs stretched much as possible,example, when you're sitting down at home, sit with your legs stretched. when you wake up every morning, do some leg stretches; i found this the most effective way. grab onto a pull-up bar and just hang there ^^ i don't know if this method helps, but it sure helps you stretch out your body. play sports that requires you to jump frequently like basketball or tennis. also try avoiding heavy-lifting. pretty much... don't give your legs any resistance or restraints.
