Help! Insomnmia came back? Serious.?

Q: Last year, I had difficulty sleeping. It was really hard to go and stay asleep. We went on vacation and we came back and I was jetlaged so I tried to gain a good sleeping habit by going to bed at 10 o'clock every night or earlier. I started this at August. I was able to keep this going well until a few days ago. I stayed up late until 1 am for two nights. When I woke up yesterday at 2 pm, I got this tense feeling in my neck and felt like I had a headache which didn't go away for awhile. I've been trying to sleep for an hour and a half now (its 3 am now) and it feels like I have that feeling again in my neck when I try to sleep. And my eyes didn't feel tired either... LIKE AT ALL. Please help, I'm only thirteen and I really need my sleep. Otherwise it screws me up the whole day. Please dont tell me stuff like, take a bath with lavender oil and it'll magicly make you tired again! That shit doesnt work for me, kay? I've tried listening to music before bed and reading but hey, it just doesnt work for me. My dad used to let me take sleeping pills called Melatonin which should be okay and not make me addicted or anything. It didn't really get me to fall asleep for a while though. I mean, it didnt even make me tired, but somehow I managed to get to sleep earlier. I dont know if it'll work again, please help me. Again, thirteen, need sleep.

A: How about you dont sleep till 2 in the afternoon? Thats a good start. Go to bed at like 10 or 11 make yourself wake up at 7 or 8. Works great for me. Kick the sleeping-in habit.
