Q: Hi, im 12, and im a girl. and i want to gain some muscle in my legs, and arms fast, so does anyone have any suggestgions?? THANKS.

A: Just do basic excersizes like push-ups for your arms and try walking or jogging for your legs. Dont overdo it. And if you can only do a few push ups at a time dont let it get you down. Even just being able to do a few at a time will help you. But above all dont overdo yourself. You are just 12, you still have plenty of growing to do.
