Q: One of my friends is having pain on her lower right quadrant of her belly. She says it feels like needle point pain. My 1st thoughts are gal bladder infection/stones, appendicitis, kidney stones. I asked her to put gentle pressure on the area and it made her feel more uncomfortable not necessarily more in pain. Anyone ever feel this or have an idea of what it is? oh, the pain is also making her use the bathroom, so it is not constipation (I asked). she was unable to sit earlier (started last night). Now she can sit, and its feeling better.
A: GET HER TO A DOCTOR ASAP. If it is appendicitis, it could lead to blood poisoning and could be fatal. There are many things that it could be. But get her checked out. Here is a link with a list of things it could be. http://www.abdopain.com/lower-right-abdominal-pain.html And a few of them are fatal Hope I help
